HRP Cloud is a joint venture between HRP and Be-Cloud Group, where the Microsoft CSP business will continue to operate. It is not a new or unknown entity, but rather a joint structure that you will continue to be a partner of.
Yes, but only after the transition has been completed, about which we will provide separate, detailed information. Once the systems have been migrated, Microsoft license invoices will be issued by HRP Cloud, and payments will need to be made to the new bank account. Until then, all processes will continue to operate as usual under the current arrangement.
The strategic partnership has already been established; however, the operational transition will take place in several phases. All affected partners will receive detailed information in advance regarding the exact timing of the Microsoft CSP business transition and the invoicing process changes. Until then, all operations will continue as usual under the current arrangement. The full transition is expected to be completed in autumn 2026 according to the planned schedule.
No. HRP will continue to operate as an independent Hungarian company. The HRP Cloud joint venture only affects the CSP business structure; your relationship and cooperation with HRP will remain unchanged.
Practically speaking, the required actions will be minimal. Our operations, communication channels, and business terms will remain unchanged. The only expected action will be updating your systems with the new company details and bank account information related to Microsoft license invoices after the transition. We will provide detailed information about this process in advance.
No. Your existing contractual framework, entitlements, credit limits, and partner terms will remain unchanged. Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition for you.
